    2）Booth reservation

    1、Location: Tianjin International Exhibition Centre, Area: 7000 square meter

    2、Exhibition period:

    8:30am to 17:00pm, on May 28th & May 29th, 2008

    Withdraw time:

    17:00-20:00pm, May 29th 2008

    3、Booth Description：

    We have 350 Standard Size booths which is 3.28 ft×3.28 ft (3m×3m), and several Spatial Size booths.

    Every Standard booth is equipped with 1 table,2 chairs,2 spotlights, 1 220 volt power outlet, 1“door-head-board”.

    4、Booth cost

    We provide free meals for 2 exhbitors of each Standard booth on May 27、 28、29 and 30, lunch will be served in box.We can not supply meal before May 27.

    5、Confirm your booth reservation: Before we have received the payment as a formal confirmation from you, the booth is still opened for everyone.

    6、Invoice:

    Please contact us as soon as you have remitted money to us. So we can confirm it and return the invoice to you by mail or by hand during the conference.

    7、Conference special edition publication:

    5000 copies of Conference special edition publication will be shared out among the visitors. Every booth’s company has an A5 paper size (half A4) advertisement or brief in the publication. So please send us your document by E-mail in both Chinese & English. (company brief, product introduction，Etc.).

    Because it takes quit a long time for printing and bookbinding, so the deadline that you could send document to us is April 30 2008, and the document should be colorless.

    8、Without permission from CFSMA, anything similar to set up an extra booth or poster or advertisement is not allowed.

    9、Caution of Exhibition Delivery:

    Please select the door to door delivery service,otherwise it may bring troubles to you and us.
